Lawman Fitness Foundations

Our Fitness Foundations program is a 6-week strength training program designed to build a solid base — whether you’re brand new to the gym or looking to refine your training. Led by our certified personal trainers, each session is structured to help you move better, feel stronger, and build habits that last.

Why strength training?

Meet the Team

Tony Maslan — Director of Fitness

With over 30 years of experience in strength and conditioning, Tony brings an unmatched depth of knowledge to our fitness program. A former Marine sergeant and national-level powerlifter, he has trained Division 1 collegiate athletes as well as military and first responder personnel. Tony’s approach is grounded in discipline, fundamentals, and getting results — no matter where you’re starting from.

Katelynn Schmitt

Katelynn holds a degree in exercise science with a minor in nutrition and psychology. She’s passionate about helping clients build both strength and confidence, combining evidence-based programming with a coaching style that meets people where they are. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or just feeling better in your own skin, Katelynn will help you get there.

Justin Fehn

Justin earned his kinesiology degree in 2010 and has spent the years since specializing in biomechanics, mobility, and progressive training methods. He focuses on building sustainable habits and helping clients move pain-free through smart programming and intentional habit formation. If you’ve struggled to stay consistent in the past, Justin’s structured approach is built for you.

Katie Glover

With over 10 years of yoga experience, Katie specializes in recovery and mobility work. She works with athletes looking to improve flexibility and range of motion, as well as individuals recovering from injury. Katie’s sessions are designed to complement your strength training and keep your body moving the way it should.

Dr. Beth Ross, PT, DPT, SCS, OCS

Dr. Ross is a board-certified orthopedic and sports physical therapist who has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Southern Indiana since 2012. Her clinical expertise in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return-to-sport programming makes her an invaluable resource for members at every fitness level.
