Programs Built for You
Our women’s programs recognize the unique needs women face when it comes to personal safety and self-defense. Every class is designed to build confidence in a fun, comfortable environment where you can learn at your own pace alongside other women.
All classes welcome non-members. You do not need a membership to participate.
