10-8 Café & Bourbon Bar
Restaurant Server
Our servers are responsible for WOWing guests with outstanding table service. You’ll take orders, operate the POS system, and practice responsible alcohol service at all times. This position offers competitive pay, no Mondays, facility discounts, and requires a background check.
Mess Corporal (Prep Cook)
The Mess Corporal handles food preparation following standardized recipes and assists with kitchen maintenance and cleanliness. This position offers competitive pay, no Mondays, and requires a background check.
Mess Sergeant (Cook)
The Mess Sergeant is responsible for preparing high-quality food, operating kitchen equipment, and assisting with inventory management. This position offers competitive pay, PTO, and facility discounts.
Front of House Staff
Front of House Staff manage table seating, assist guests, and operate the POS system. You will deliver a ‘legendary welcome and good-bye’ to every guest who walks through our doors. This position offers competitive pay and no Mondays.
Cocktail Server
Cocktail Servers must be 21+ and hold a valid Indiana Liquor License. You’ll greet every guest within 30 seconds and provide attentive beverage service throughout their visit. This position offers PTO and facility discounts.
Mixologist (Bartender)
Our Mixologists must be 21+ and hold a valid Indiana Liquor License. You’ll handle beverage preparation, bar management, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. No Mondays.
Lawman Tactical Facility
Specialized Sales
Our Specialized Sales team members bring expertise in firearm and ammunition sales. You’ll guide customers through product selection and complete all required paperwork for state and federal compliance. This position offers no Mondays, PTO for full-time employees, and facility discounts.
