Tony brings over 30 years of fitness industry experience to the Lawman Tactical team.
He lettered in 3 sports in high school and then attended the University of Evansville where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology. While at UE he was a member of the cheer team and was part of their National Championship winning Powerlifting Team. Tony achieved an individual national runner-up in powerlifting as well and was at one time the Junior American record holder for the deadlift in his weight class.
Tony has trained hundreds of clients including Division 1 athletes at the University of Evansville, University of Southern Indiana and the University of Utah. He has trained members of the military and first responders.
In the Marine Corps, Tony earned the rank of sergeant and served as an infantry squad leader in Iraq in 2004.
Tony and his wife Chrissie have 6 children and live in Evansville.
Mallory is not your typical coach—she’s a passionate, heart-driven professional dedicated to helping people break free from pain, reclaim their strength, and rediscover what it means to truly live. Working to bridge the gap between fitness and healthcare, she specializes in working with individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries, battling chronic pain, overcoming obesity, or simply looking to stay active as they age.
Her approach is about more than just exercise—it’s about restoring function, independence, and quality of life. She knows firsthand the power of movement and longevity, inspired by her grandfather and gym buddy, who stayed active and strong until his last days. That same drive fuels her commitment to helping others age well, stay active, and enjoy life without fear or limitations.
With a focus on integrity, professionalism, and collaboration, Mallory tailors every session to meet her clients where they are. She believes in real solutions, not quick fixes, and works to ensure each person she trains feels seen, heard, and supported. Whether she’s guiding someone through post-therapy recovery, helping a parent keep up with their kids, or coaching a grandparent who refuses to slow down, Mallory is all in—celebrating victories big and small, and reminding her clients that they are capable of more than they ever imagined.

With a dedication towards mental wellness, personal growth, and personal fitness, Justin is committed to ensure that your journey into self-improvement is fulfilled. He has been helping clients achieve their fitness goals through customized training programs and professional guidance with a passion since 2010.
Justin earned a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Southern Indiana in 2010 and along with a dedication of educating himself in the arts of Biomechanics, Mobility, Time Under Tension, and Progressive Periodization training models; he has successfully created a training system that enables him to educate you while empowering your own personal growth. Whether working with beginners or seasoned athletes, programs are tailored to fit individual needs, ensuring sustainable results and long-term success.
Beyond the gym, he is dedicated to educating clients on habit forming life hacks towards nutrition, injury prevention, and mindset strategies to create a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Justin states he is a man of God that constantly aims towards leading by example… "I am flawed but I present myself as just that. Let's get stronger together!".
Katie Glover
Yoga Fitness Instructor
Having been an athlete for many years, I found this particular practice to be incredibly healing for all body types. As an instructor, my primary focus is on Recovery and Mobility, which encompasses working with athletes, those recovering from injuries, and individuals seeking health benefits.
Currently, I teach public classes while also collaborating with various athletes, including the Memorial Football team. Additionally, I offer private sessions for clients requiring specialized attention, including those living with Parkinson's.
