Have You Ever Considered Your Reaction in a Life-Threatening Situation?

Have you ever thought about how you would respond if faced with a gun? Would your reaction align with what you've seen in movies? Would your plan hold up when it truly matters?

Since 2019, gun violence has been increasing. What used to be perceived as a concern confined to "big cities" has now permeated small towns across the country. To live outside our self-constructed bubbles means we may encounter life-threatening situations. Even if we feel secure and believe that the likelihood of danger is low, we can never fully prepare for something we don't think can happen.

Kalah Indiana is thrilled to collaborate with Lawman Tactical to offer our 2025 Handgun Survival Seminar.

Participants will explore survival principles for confronting a handgun threat. If an attacker approaches you with a gun within arm's reach, this moment should not be overlooked. Throughout the day, we will focus on:

• How to effectively communicate and de-escalate the situation
• Recognizing the right moment to initiate defense
• Techniques that enhance our chances of survival

We consider ourselves not as masters, but as survivors.

Scenarios covered will include:

• Gun threats to the head from various angles—front, side, and back—both while standing and on the ground
• Third-party protection strategies for when you are with others
• Addressing any questions students may have about surviving gun violence

All concepts will be introduced in a safe, controlled environment, with training safety as our highest priority. The class will exclusively use training weapons, and live weapons or ammunition will not be permitted.
