Kalah is a self-defense and combat system developed by Idan Abolnik, a former member of the Israeli Defense Forces Commando Unit. Kalah is a realistic fighting method that aims to help people survive violent encounters. The system combines techniques from three Israeli special forces units and is constantly being developed.
